Office365
We use Office365 services for regular business email traffic. Office365 does not have access to our email traffic, and we handle our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors
Stripe
For processing part (or all) of the payments in our services, we use the Stripe platform. Stripe processes your name, address, and residence details, and your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Invoicing and Accounting
MoneyMonk
For managing the administration and accounting of our clients, we use the services of MoneyMonk. We process personal data such as names, addresses, residential information, financial data, and other relevant information needed to carry out our administrative and accounting services. This data is used for preparing financial reports, processing tax returns, and managing sales and purchase invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. MoneyMonk has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use. Additionally, MoneyMonk is obligated to maintain confidentiality and will handle your data confidentially. MoneyMonk uses your personal data exclusively for the purposes described above and not for other purposes.

General Purpose of Processing
As an accounting firm, we process personal data that is essential for the execution of our administrative and accounting services.
