Pricing and Payments

With us, you pay a fixed monthly fee. No complicated pricing structures or hidden costs, just a clear amount per month. So you know exactly what you’re getting.

Our price includes all standard services, such as bookkeeping, VAT filing, and tax advice. Additionally, a scheduled one-on-one meeting with your accountant is included every month. If you need any extra services, we will always discuss this with you in advance.

You will always receive the invoice at the beginning of the month. 

We use fixed monthly rates based on the number of transactions we process for you. Our packages are divided into four categories: up to 20 transactions, 21 to 40 transactions, 41 to 74 transactions, and 75+ transactions. If you exceed the maximum number of transactions in your package, we will charge additional costs according to the rate of the next package.

No, we maintain a completely transparent pricing structure. All costs are clearly communicated upfront, so you know exactly where you stand. No hidden surprises.
If in a specific month you have more transactions than the number included in your package, we will charge extra costs according to the rate for the next package.

Yes, it is possible to pay the costs for an entire year in advance. This not only offers convenience but can also lead to a 5% discount.

Yes, you can cancel with us monthly. We want you to be satisfied with our service and therefore offer the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.
