This accounting software is specially developed for freelancers and entrepreneurs. We use it because it enables us to manage your administration, invoicing, and tax returns efficiently and accurately.
Do I need to do anything in the app, or do you take care of everything?
We handle everything for you in the accounting software, but you can always log in to view your administration, check invoices, or download reports.
Can I create my own invoices in the app?
Yes, you can definitely create invoices yourself in the app. We can show you how it works.
How do I keep track of my business expenses in the app?
You can easily send your receipts and invoices to us, and we will record them in the app. You only need to make the expenditures; we ensure everything is properly tracked.
How do I know if my client has paid an invoice?
You can always view the status of your invoices in the app. If an invoice hasn’t been paid, you can send an automatic reminder.
Can I see in the app how much tax I have to pay?
Yes, in the app, you can see an overview of how much VAT you owe and what your income tax will be. We make sure that everything is entered correctly, so you are always up-to-date.
Can I keep my bookkeeping in the app?
Yes, you can enter your worked hours in the app.
Do I need to link my bank account to the app myself?
Yes, we can assist you with this. Once your bank account is linked, your bank transactions are automatically updated in the app, keeping everything current.
What about the VAT filing? Do you handle that through the app as well?
Yes, we do the VAT filing for you via the app. The app calculates the VAT due, and we submit the return on time to the tax authorities.
What should I do if I find an error in my administration?
Let us know if you notice anything incorrect. We can quickly make corrections in the app to ensure everything is accurate.
Can I download reports from the app?
Yes, you can download various reports yourself, such as profit and loss statements or VAT summaries. We can also generate reports for you and provide an overview whenever you need it.
How secure is my data in the app?
The app is highly secure. It is ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and NEN 7510 certified. In addition to this security, a complete backup of your entire administration is made daily.
What happens to my data if I ever stop my business?
We store your administration according to legal retention periods. Even if you stop your business, we ensure everything is properly archived and securely stored.
How do I submit my receipts and invoices?
There are three super convenient ways to submit your receipts and invoices:
- Mobile app: Take photos of your receipts and invoices in the app (available for iOS and Android).
- Web app: Upload your receipts and invoices directly from your computer.
- Email: Simply send your receipts and invoices by email to the unique email address we will create for you.
