It depends on where your customer is located. Within the EU, the OSS scheme, using the VAT rate of the customer's country. Outside the EU, you usually sell without VAT, but import duties may apply.

With the One Stop Shop (OSS) allows you to arrange VAT for all EU countries through one declaration to the Dutch Tax Authorities. This avoids having to register for VAT in several countries.

You can deduct hosting costs, advertising costs, packaging materials, software subscriptions and business transport costs, among others, provided they are directly business-related.

Returns process as a negative turnover and you have to correct any VAT paid. Make sure returns are properly tracked to avoid errors in your records.
